EVENT INFORMATION

The conference Number Theory Week 2017  is organized on the occasion of the 60th birthday of Jerzy Kaczorowski. Reflecting his broad interests, the conference will be devoted to all areas of Number Theory, with special emphasis on Analytic Number Theory. The aim of the conference will be to bring together researchers in these various fields, to learn about the latest developments, facilitate interaction between different areas, promote collaborations, and to suggest future directions. It will enable participants to present recent results in this discipline and it should stimulate future collaboration between them.

The conference will be organised jointly by the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Polish Mathematical Society, and the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Adam Mickiewicz University. It will be held September 4-8, 2017 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, Poland. The suggested arrival date is Sunday September 3, 2017 and the departure day Saturday September 9, 2017.
